We are pleased to announce that the brand-new residential development in Walnut Tree, Milton Keynes is now complete, and residents have moved into their new homes.

Working alongside main contractors, Watson and Cox, and closely with their client, Grand Union Housing Group, we have successfully delivered the scheme, which consists of 30 two-bedroom apartments, ideally placed in the centre of the community. The apartments are a mix of private and affordable housing including rental and shared ownership, providing much needed accessible accommodation to the community.

Speaking of the recent completion, Chris Chapman, Partner and Milton Keynes Studio Lead at GSS said, “We are proud to have been a part of a project that will really benefit the community and assist with that tricky first step onto the property ladder. We have a long-standing relationship with Grand Union and are very pleased with the completed project here in Milton Keynes.

Grand Union’s Director of Development and Commercial, Dave Lakin, said, “In these uncertain times, everyone should have a safe, comfortable and affordable home and that’s exactly what we’ve delivered. We’re delighted with our Oakview Court apartments and hope that our new customers will be very happy in their new homes.

We were appointed as Architects for the scheme, working alongside Watson and Cox as well as Grand Union, Solution Consulting Engineers, Catalyst Land Solutions, Apex Planning Consultants, Enplan and Ashby Energy Consultants.

Walnut Tree is the latest scheme in our portfolio of projects in the Milton Keynes area, with the recent completion of renovations at Bradwell Abbey together with the completion of Hornbeam Court Residential Development.
