Using a multi-disciplinary service can mean that you benefit from a single point of contact for your integrated design team. Our teams will use their construction knowledge and cost planning experience to offer expert advice on construction approaches and procurement options. This begins with the initial feasibility testing of a project right through to the handover of the completed building.
Our IMS list of sub-consultants are managed and maintained internally, and among other criteria, we assess the following to carefully review the suitability of sub-consultants for addition to our list of design partners:
Working Together/Partnership – Sub-consultants should have a track record of working together with us in relevant regions and sectors.
Resources – Sub-consultants must be able to demonstrate a suitable level of resource in terms of staff, hardware and software.
Previous Experience – Sub-consultants must have wide-ranging experience of delivering projects that are relevant to the type of work that they wish to be considered for.
Commitment to Drive Innovation – Sub-consultants must be committed to working with us and our clients in progressively innovative ways, both in terms of construction and procurement methodologies.
Standards – Sub-consultants should be accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 or equivalent.
BIM – Sub-consultants must be able to demonstrate current BIM working capability in line with BS 1192.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement – Sub-consultants must be able to demonstrate a commitment to Investors in People, training and development. A commitment to individual improvement, staff development and mentoring should also be demonstrated.
