GSSArchitecture were appointed by G.F. Tomlinson to provide Architectural, Lead Designer and Principal Designer (BR & CDM) services on this new build 2FE Primary School for Staffordshire County Council.

The new mainstream, co-education primary school addresses the need for education provisions in the area, providing 420 spaces for reception through to year 6 age groups.

The project approach was to create a purpose-built environment that encourages learning and collaboration for students. The school’s design is centred around modern, flexible educational spaces that can adapt to various teaching and learning methods.

Now complete, Burleyfields Primary School is the newest member of The Creative Learning Partnership Trust, a centre of Excellence which has committed to ensuring Burleyfields is a safe, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment.
