DSV Manchester Hub

We were appointed as Architects for the extension and refurbishment of global transport and logistics company, DSV’s, Manchester Hub.

The project consisted of an internal and external two-storey office extension and office refurbishments, as well as a car park extension. Following DSV’s purchase of Swiss logistics group Panalpina in 2019, the expansion has allowed for an increase in staff numbers, and is one of two projects we have recently delivered for DSV. The new layout has allowed DSV staff to operate more efficiently from a single location.

Throughout the course of the project, we worked closely with B&E Boys as Main Contractor, CS2 as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, and BCAL as Structural Engineers, in order to successfully deliver this scheme, which has provided additional accommodation to support DSV’s day-to-day operations.
