Suppliers for YORhub’s new professional services consultancy framework have been announced, with GSSArchitecture securing a place following a competitive tender process.

GSS will be providing architectural services under Lot 4 of the YORconsult3 Consultants Framework, which is open to local authorities and other public organisations throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region.

With studios located in Leeds and Harrogate, the GSS team have built up an extensive portfolio of projects within the region and are currently delivering schemes for the University of Huddersfield, University of York, Local NHS Trusts and leading pubs with rooms operator, The Inn Collection Group.

YORconsult3 is a single framework that is managed in two sub-regions by the YORconsult Framework Team. The team from East Riding of Yorkshire Council is responsible for the North & East area and the team from Sheffield City Council the South & West. With an estimated value of £152 million over the four-year duration, plus an option to extend the duration to a maximum of six years, this will present many valuable opportunities for the practice.

This appointment is the latest Framework Agreement success for the Practice, who have also recently secured places on the Procure Partnerships Professional Services Framework and York College Construction and Facilities Management Framework.
