Ideally placed on the Lytham St Annes seafront, Offshore, a stunning redevelopment of the old Lindum and Carlton hotels, has reopened following an extensive refurbishment by The Inn Collection Group.
Boasting 98 bedrooms which include premium sea-view rooms, dog-friendly suites, and accessible accommodation, Offshore is a venue offering a fantastic guest experience for those wishing to enjoy this part of Lancashire.
We have been leading the refurbishment and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, having recently completed the renovations of The Tynemouth Castle Inn, as well as a multitude of other inns for The Inn Collection Group across the country.

The new single storey extension at Offshore has created extra bedrooms, together with a new bar and restaurant area, as well as additional seating outside with a canopied terrace for guests to enjoy.
Simon Rennison-Rae, Partner at GSS, said, “It is great to deliver another successful project with The Inn Collection Group and the whole team. Working together has enabled the transformation of Offshore and will no doubt be a huge success and strengthens ICG’s national portfolio.”
We were appointed as Architects and Principal Designer on the scheme, alongside Medlock Construction, Sine Consulting, Maughan Reynolds, Design North and Silverstone Building Consultancy.
This scheme is one of several that we are currently working on for The Inn Collection Group, including the recently completed The Ullswater Inn and The Knaresborough Inn which have undergone extensive refurbishment, as well as two more Inn Collection projects currently underway in Wales, Llandudno’s St Kilda Hotel and The Swallow Falls Inn.
