We had a fantastic evening at the Constructing Excellence in the North East Awards on Friday 14th June!

Not only did the Net Zero Industry Innovation Centre for Teesside University win the Climate Action Awards, but it was also highly commended in the Building Project of the Year category! A fantastic achievement and we are very proud of our team and everyone who was involved in making this project a success.

The Tynemouth Castle Inn for The Inn Collection Group was also shortlisted in the Refurbishment and Retrofit category, and Partner at GSS, Simon Rennison-Rae made a great speech whilst he presented the Integration and Collaboration category.

The Constructing Excellence in the North East Awards are a celebration of everything the North East Built Environment has to be proud of. Regional winners are selected across various categories including Innovation, Integration & Collaborative Working, Value, Digital Construction and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). We were delighted to attend and celebrate alongside others in the construction industry.
