Architect at our Gloucester Quays studio, Josh Maddison, took part in the Hills of Hope challenge this weekend to raise money for a number of charities.

The challenge was to cycle 250 miles in 24 hours: not a task for the faint-hearted!

On the morning of Saturday 3rd September, through the night, and into Sunday 4th September, 10 riders, including Josh, cycled nonstop from Lands’ End to Berkeley in the pouring rain to raise money for the charities Sue Ryder, Alzheimer’s Society, Children with Cancer UK, Linc, and the Great Western Air Ambulance.

Josh was joined by members of E G Carter as well as other local construction companies to complete the 250-mile overnight ride to raise money for the charities close to their hearts.
