We were commissioned by a national developer to produce proposals for essential accommodation on an existing urban brownfield site in Northampton.

The existing listed building, located on this challenging town centre site, will be retained and repurposed as part of the proposals.

Providing approximately 100 apartments, the new building will have carefully designed landscaped courtyards to offer calm and relaxing outside space for the residents, together with dedicated parking.
