We were appointed as Architects through the Yarlington Housing Group’s Framework to design a new sheltered accommodation for the over 55s, and we worked under a Partnership Agreement with the entire delivery team from inception through to completion.

The development consists of 62 specifically designed, semi-sheltered one and two-bedroom apartments and was designed to become a flagship building for the Yarlington Housing Group which provides a modern and sympathetic design on a former brownfield site that kickstarted the regeneration of the area.

The design and the delivery of the project involved extensive consultation with residents, the Local Authority, the Yarlington Housing Group and the end users.

The project was successfully delivered on time and below budget.
