Further Education Campus - Estates Strategy

We worked alongside Activate Learning, a large and forward-thinking education group who operate multiple further education colleges, to establish a sustainable estates development strategy for their Guildford Campus and their historic land-based Merrist Wood College.

Both projects required careful evaluation of existing estates and considerable engagement and collaboration with both the client and other external consultants to provide the client with suitable options for future capital investment. Our Masterplanning Team were then able to put a delivery strategy in place, supporting planning applications for immediate and longer-term development.
